Setting up internet in Alicante: what to expect

In Alicante city, home fibre is usually a normal city-apartment install. Around the Costa Blanca, the address matters much more: a villa in Jávea, Moraira or Benitachell can miss fibre even when the town looks well covered. If fibre is not available at the exact plot, air-fibre or another fixed wireless option may be the practical route.

Easy if

You are moving into an Alicante city apartment or a modern coastal block with existing fibre in the building.
The provider checker confirms your full address, including street number, floor and door.
The building administrator can confirm which operators already have cabling inside.

Check carefully if

You are buying or renting a villa in Jávea, Moraira, Benitachell or another Costa Blanca urbanisation.
