Vodafone is the big provider that is easiest to deal with in English — it has a real English phone line and English WhatsApp. The catch is that its offers and contract terms can get confusing.
Both routes are valid. The choice is simple: order from Vodafone yourself, or let Settlewell compare options and coordinate the setup.

Most issues are operational, not technical. Confirm the address, check the contract terms, prepare documents, then protect the installation appointment.
Availability should be checked at the full property address. Online coverage is useful, but the technician still has to confirm the usable route and port.
Vodafone offers can include discounts, bundles and commitment conditions. Save the exact terms before you order.
Vodafone can accept passports in some cases, but passport applicants may need extra proof or a deposit. Settlewell normally uses an NIE, a Spanish bank account and a Spanish phone number for a reliable order.
Make sure someone can answer Spanish calls, grant building access and approve router or cable placement. Keep the old connection active until the new line is installed and tested.
Vodafone has some of the clearest formal English-support routes among Spain's major providers. Still, check the channel and the exact offer before you rely on it.

Vodafone is easier in English than most big Spanish providers, but the contract and discount terms still need careful checking.
