Lowi is Vodafone's budget brand: the same network at a lower price, and one of the friendlier cheap options if you work from home. The trade-off is that signup and support are all in Spanish.
Both routes are valid. The choice is simple: order from Lowi yourself, or let Settlewell compare options and set up a supported choice in English where available.

Lowi is simple when the address and documents are ready. The main risks are Spanish-first support, the right commitment term and confirming the router setup after install.
Availability is address-specific. Check the full property address before comparing providers or choosing a bundle.
Lowi does not clearly offer passport-only signup. For a reliable order, expect to need an NIE, a Spanish bank account and a Spanish phone number.
Lowi usually gives each home its own public internet address, but this is not a fixed static IP promise. Check your router after installation if cameras, remote access or a home VPN matter.
Make sure someone can answer Spanish calls, grant building access and approve router or cable placement. Keep the old connection active until the new line is installed and tested.
Lowi is Spanish-first. Do not choose it because you expect provider support in English.
Lowi does not publish a guaranteed English-support route for home fibre. Expect the normal journey to be Spanish-led.
A helpful agent may speak English, but that is not a provider promise. Confirm conditions in writing before signing.
Lowi is better for people who are comfortable handling Spanish paperwork, calls and follow-up. Settlewell can be the English layer for setup where supported.
Provider choice in Spain is address-specific. Lowi may be right, but Vodafone, DIGI, O2 or Pepephone can be a better fit depending on support, contract and remote-work needs.
