Is Pepephone right for you?

Pepephone is a simple, budget brand in the MasOrange group with one big appeal: no minimum contract. By default it shares one internet address between homes, but unlike many budget brands it will give you your own public address free if you ask. Support is Spanish-first.

Choose Pepephone if

  • You don't want to be tied in. Pepephone's fibre has no minimum contract.
  • You want a simple, low-cost line without lots of promotional games.
  • You work from home and can ask for your own public internet address after install, free on request, which is useful for cameras, a VPN or remote access.

Look elsewhere if

  • You need English support. Pepephone is Spanish-first. Settlewell can set up a supported option in English.
  • You've just arrived with only a passport. Pepephone isn't clearly passport-friendly, so expect to need an NIE and a Spanish bank account.
  • You want the provider itself to handle everything for you in English.

Prepare once, avoid most delays

Pepephone is clean on contract terms, but the order is still Spanish-first and the public-IP request matters for remote access.

    Check the exact address

    Availability is address-specific. Check the full property address before comparing providers or choosing a bundle.

    Prepare the documents and bank details

    Pepephone is not clearly passport-friendly for home fibre. For a reliable order, expect to need an NIE, a Spanish bank account and a Spanish phone number.

    Check the technical fit

    Pepephone uses Carrier-Grade Network Address Translation (CG-NAT) by default, meaning it shares one internet address between homes. If you need cameras, a VPN or remote access, ask Pepephone to assign a public IP after install.

    Protect the installation appointment

    Make sure someone can answer Spanish calls, grant building access and approve router or cable placement. Keep the old connection active until the new line is installed and tested.

What English help can you expect from Pepephone?

Pepephone is Spanish-first. Do not choose it because you expect provider support in English.

Provider support

Pepephone does not publish a guaranteed English-support route for home fibre. Expect the normal journey to be Spanish-led.

Stores and agents

A helpful agent may speak English, but that is not a provider promise. Confirm conditions in writing before signing.

Practical expectation

Pepephone is better for Spanish-confident residents who value clean terms and can manage follow-up directly.
